 Sorry

Today's class was very interesting. We basically spent the class period playing board games that people brought in. I got to meet some pretty cool people by playing board/card games. Our group consisted of 4 people Jeanette, Nick, Danny, and me. The first game we played was Sorry. Sorry was a game that brought back my childhood memories. It was a four player game, and this game was designed so that people can move forward and backwards depending on the card that they pick or another player picks. So by using the rules of the game a person can bully a player, but they can also take revenge with the right card. When we first started the game, I was losing really badly. Everyone had at least 1-2 guys in their home base, while I didn't even have guy out of the starting area, but somehow in the end, I won the game.

Cards Against Humanity

The second game we play was called Cards Against Humanity. Everyone in the group knew what the game was about except for me, but it was a easy game to learn. The rules were simply. Everyone starts with 7 cards, and each round there's a judge. That judge would pick black card, and it'll present a phrase with a blank line for players to fill with the cards in their hands, and whoever put down the best comment or word that the judge likes that player gets rewarded with a black card, and the first player to 5 black cards will win the game. Although this game was very fun, I really sucked at it, because when Jeanette won the game, I only had 1 black card.
